Skyline Sculptures: High-Design Hotels in Nanjing’s Hexi New Town

Nanjing is a city where six dynasties of history meet the cutting edge of modern architecture, nowhere more visibly than in Hexi New Town. This district, particularly within the Jianye area, has transformed into an open-air gallery of structural art. Here, the legendary curves of Zaha Hadid’s architecture house the Jumeirah Nanjing, while the Zen-inspired minimalism of The Lalu Nanjing offers a tranquil counterpoint by the Yangtze River. Travelers seeking more than just a bed will find themselves immersed in high-design environments, from the chic vibrancy of the Andaz Nanjing Hexi to the sophisticated oriental aesthetics of Han Yue Lou. These properties are not merely hotels; they are skyline sculptures defining the new face of Nanjing.
