A Taste of Place: The Luxury Hotels Defining Phuket’s Michelin Scene

Phuket, Thailand's first UNESCO City of Gastronomy, offers more than just pristine beaches; it is a culinary destination where luxury hospitality meets world-class dining. Our curated collection focuses on the iconic properties that anchor this scene, offering Michelin-recognized dining steps from your suite. From the exclusive coves of Layan and Naithon where Trisara resides, to the vibrant shores of Kamala home to InterContinental, and the panoramic views of Cape Yamu, these hotels define the island's sophisticated palate. Whether seeking sustainable farm-to-table fine dining or royal Thai cuisine, these resorts in neighborhoods like Bang Tao and Mai Khao promise a journey where every meal is a destination in itself.
