神州半岛君悦酒店地处北纬18°黄金旅游度假带的神州半岛，神州半岛三面环海，内外双海五湾六岭，有13公里纯南向的海岸线。
酒店占地面积接近20公顷，建筑面积接近80,000平米，低密度、低高度的滨海建筑布局，是一个非常舒适的休闲度假目的地。并且这里距离神州高铁站约15分钟左右车程，到三亚机场开车1.5小时左右。
酒店目前有262间客房和套房，分布在40多栋联排别墅之中。由于每栋别墅大小不一样，每栋别墅内的客房数量也有差别。不过客房面积最小也有53㎡。
