The villa resort is an investment by Yili Cultural Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd., and is fully managed by Nanjing Jinling Hotel Management Company. Nestled at the heart of the Nalati scenic area, the resort lies along the essential route to all attractions. Spanning 200 mu, the first phase boasts a construction area of 8,000 square meters, featuring 6 villa-style buildings for guest reception. It offers 7 private dining rooms and a versatile hall accommodating up to 120 guests for dining or meetings. The second phase, with a construction area of 30,000 square meters, will introduce luxurious guest rooms and suites, over 2,000 square meters of conference and banquet facilities including a grand ballroom exceeding 800 square meters and various multi-functional halls. Multiple restaurants will present a culinary journey of distinctive mainland Chinese and Western域 flavors. A 1,000-square-meter hot spring building will house indoor hot spring pools and 4 private hot spring suites.
