Urban Sanctuaries: Florence's Best Hotels with Hidden Gardens

In a city as historically dense and vibrant as Florence, finding a moment of silence among the Renaissance masterpieces is a luxury in itself. Beyond the crowded piazzas near the Duomo, a collection of urban sanctuaries offers respite within verdant courtyards and manicured lawns. From the expansive Parco della Gherardesca at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in the Santa Croce district to the rose-filled grounds of Villa Cora near the Boboli Gardens, these properties redefine tranquility. Whether you seek the riverside calm of Hotel Ville sull'Arno or the hillside serenity of Il Salviatino in Fiesole, these hotels provide a lush escape while remaining intimately connected to the heart of Tuscany.
