Walking into the lobby feels less like checking into a hotel and more like arriving at a state banquet; the Grand Staircase alone commands a pause, flanked by ceilings so high they seem to challenge the local zoning laws. Upstairs, the rooms lean into a classic aesthetic—think heavy woods and rich fabrics rather than minimalist greige. While some corners whisper of a need for a refresh, the comfort is absolute, anchored by impeccable soundproofing that silences the city's chaotic hum. The real theater, however, happens at Paasha. This rooftop venue is the city’s social apex, where white drapes snap in the wind and the *Dal Paasha* (slow-cooked for 24 hours) justifies the hype. Downstairs, Alto Vino serves an Organic Pumpkin Ravioli that rivals Milanese trattorias. It’s not flawless—the weekend breakfast at Spice Kitchen descends into a chaotic contact sport of queuing for dosas—but the staff’s recovery is swift and charming.
