杭州天目山英迪格酒店坐落在天目山自然保护区。酒店位于山脚下，不像建在山里的民宿，蜿蜒盘旋后才能抵达，但却一点也不失山里的意境，四周山体环绕，酒店正掩映于翠竹幽静中。
室内设计充分结合了当地树木、鸟羽、山峦、琥珀等当地特色风物。大自然与英迪格的舒适体验妙曼结合。
酒店内设「森邻cafe 邻里餐厅」提供全天候的餐饮服务。这里的食材都是用“最优本土原料”制作的最本质菜肴。餐厅会提供自助式早餐及零点菜品、下午茶。
除了自由式餐吧，还有银杏·柳杉中餐包厢；包厢的设计有着高奢典雅的韵味。尤其是屋顶的吊灯，有着如梦似幻的琉璃感。
